Bra Measuring Guide
The first thing you need to do is check that your current bra is fitting correctly.
To do this use the following steps:
When you stand with your side facing the mirror, the band should be horizontal around your body and it shouldn't ride up at the back at all. To fix this problem try decreasing the band size.
The wires at the front (in between your bust) should lie flat against your chest. They shouldn't cause discomfort by digging in, rubbing or poking out. The wires should always sit on your ribcage and not on your breast tissue as this will not be comfortable. The wires shouldn't slip downwards during the day or move away as you raise your arms. If you have problems with wires digging in try increasing the band size.
Where the fabric at the top of the cup ends and meets your bust should lay in a smooth line. You may need to adjust your bust in the cup. You shouldn't have any ridge or bulging over the top or sides of the cups, even if you are wearing a balcony, plunge or lower cut style. To fix a bulging issue try increasing the size of the cups.
Measuring Guide
While wearing a good fitting bra, use the guide and the chart below to help find your bra size.
BUST: Keep the measuring tape level across your shoulder blades and measure around the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape too tight as you don't want to squash your bust. Just keep it firm.

UNDERBUST: Measure just underneath the bust, around the top of the ribcage. Pull the tape fairly tight for this measure, as you don't want your bra to move around.
Top Tip: If you go up a band size you may need to go down a cup size. If you go down a band size you may need to go up a cup size. This should give you the same size cup.
